We finally got round to eating Rose’s birthday cake last night. A mix–up meant that I didn’t get any candles thinking we had loads at home (Rose usually has all those things), Rose having packed them all and Jack not being well on her birthday meant that we finally got to the cake last night.
The only candle we had was a Pirate one which went well with the white icing cake and Rose decoration!
