Week 7. Very tough. The onslaught of last week continues with long, hard workouts. One of them even has a bonus Abs part to make it one hour plus. Still I did my best and kept going, did what I could.
Results continued to be rewarding as I managed to shift another 2lbs. That makes a grand total of 18lbs in 7 weeks so far (255lbs down to 237lbs). I feel fitter, stronger and for the first time in a LONG time I caught sight of myself in the mirror and didn’t see a fat bastard. More of a chubby one. ONWARDS!
