Toby & Noah finished off their 10 week Soccer Spring Academy today with one last great practice.
Over the last couple of months both Toby and Noah have greatly improved their skills and confidence through a fantastic range of games, exercises, scrimmages, fun and last weeks World Cup.
Toby has moved from an absolute beginner to a confident, brave, strong defender who loves to get stuck in and sneak in the occasional dribble and goal.
Noah has continued his development from shy little guy to a fearless, self–confident all round player. His dribbling, passing and game–awareness is improving all the time.
Thanks so much to the (UK) Coaches, Michael Hannon, Steve and Ben (and PHMSA organiser Colin McDonagh) for all their hard work, confidence boosts, kind words (and sometimes strong words) in keeping our boys on the right track.
(Even in Week 1 when there was a wee problem with another kid, it was sorted out right away.)
Right up until Week 10, Toby & Noah couldn’t wait to get their shinpads, boots and strips on and come to practice. They loved it and they loved their Coaches. Thanks guys and we will be back next year for more of the same.
